Artwork
Print artwork is the digital file used to produce your printed product. It contains the logos, images, text and graphics that will be printed on products such as company flags, banners, beach flags, signs and decals.
No. You can place your order even if your artwork isn’t ready yet. Simply send us the files you have, and we’ll help you prepare professional print-ready artwork before production begins.
Absolutely. Send us your logo, images, text and any design ideas, and our graphic designers will create a professional artwork proof for your approval before production starts.

Yes. We accept both PNG and JPG files. For the best printing results, images should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the final print size.
You can upload your artwork during checkout or send it to us by email after placing your order. We also accept files via WeTransfer, Dropbox and Google Drive.
Yes. We recommend converting all text to outlines before sending PDF, AI or EPS files. This prevents problems caused by missing fonts or unexpected layout changes.
Yes. If you submit AI or EPS files, all linked images should be embedded in the document. Missing images are one of the most common causes of production delays.
Vector artwork is created using mathematical paths rather than pixels. This allows logos and graphics to be enlarged to virtually any size without losing image quality.
Vector logos are typically supplied as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files. If you’re unsure, simply send us your file and we’ll be happy to check it for you.

We offer several premium flag fabrics to suit different applications. Supralon (110 g/m²) is our standard flag fabric and is recommended for general outdoor use. Under normal conditions, we recommend replacing flags made from this material every 4–6 months.
Marine Polyester (155 g/m²) is our recommended fabric for long-lasting outdoor flags. It is significantly more durable than Supralon and typically provides around twice the service life. Marine Polyester is the preferred choice for national flags, company flags and installations exposed to coastal conditions or strong winds.
For maximum wind resistance, we also offer Polystretch, a perforated mesh fabric that allows more air to pass through the material, helping to reduce wind load and extend the lifespan of the flag.
Our flags can be manufactured in virtually any size. The most popular sizes are available directly in our online store. If you require a custom size, simply contact our customer service team for assistance.
Yes. Once you’ve placed your order, simply upload your artwork or send it to us by email. We’ll prepare a digital artwork proof for your approval before production begins.
There is no fixed replacement schedule, as a flag’s lifespan depends on the fabric, weather conditions and installation location. Outdoor flags are constantly exposed to sun, wind, rain and other environmental factors, which naturally cause wear over time.
We recommend inspecting your flag regularly and replacing it when it becomes faded, worn or damaged. Choosing a premium fabric such as Marine Polyester and lowering the flag during strong winds will help maximise its service life.
